Mark,

I'm (almost) sorry to say this, but I just got my 2 pannier setup. Was
ordered when I bought the bike on June 1st. Both the dealer and I were very
surprised. He did say he asked for priority, but I'm guessing many dealers
have done the same. At any rate, the panniers look great on the bike and the
mounting brackets are also relatively inconspicuous w/o the panniers.
Needless to say I have been extremely pleased with the dealer's
responsiveness and concern. Great Bay Motorcycles in North Hampton, New
Hampshire. New shop, very experienced chief mechanic.
