Hi David, in my experience you will have a very difficult (if not
impossible) time in finding rates better than Fernet.  I had been a
Progressive customer for years, but for me in Pennsylvania Fernet was also
half of what Progressive and several other companies wanted for the same
coverage.  Incidentally, I was able to get full coverage with a $250.00
deductible for $190 per year (37 years old, single, 17 years experience, one
speeding ticket).

Keep the shiny side up......
