I haven't but I also haven't left them on. This is my third triumph with
the park setting and I have yet to leave them on.

yes - ideally your front and rear suspension should rise and fall at the
same amount (you are trying to eliminate that rocking boat effect)

Start by moving the settings a little firmer as addressed in the owners
manual (set to between standard and firm). Then make small changes to the
rebound and preload, ride to test and then adjust again if necessary.
Ideally you need a road that has some corners and some bumps to really feel
the effects of your changes. Just remember that small changes on the
settings can have some dramatic effects.
