Thanks a lot for the info Eric.
=>is it a slight "hiccup" (for lack of a better word)? Maybe you are feeling
=>the stepper motor adjust. Used to be quite noticeable on the 509, but with
=>the improvements to the ST fuel injection (new stepper) I find it barely
=>noticeable. And of course the old Sprint was not FI you would not have had
=>this feeling on it. Anyone else have any other theories ?
"Hiccup"! Yep, I guess that's the right word to describe it.
It is in fact not really that noticeable and it could be that I am
a bit too demanding. But, I often find myself driving at pretty low
revs and I wasn't much used to it.
But you did get me curious now! Do you know where I can find some info
on how a stepper motor adjust works? Even though I've been riding for
a while, I never got much into the techy stuff and it's about time I
start learning something :-)))
=>I notice it mainly in my feet - especially if I put the ball of my foot on
=>the peg. Not really annoying but if you're looking for it, you can feel it.
I definately agree here that it's not annoying at all. I was just wondering
if it was normal for vibrations to increase a bit after a while. It actually
makes the bike feel "alive" just to the right point ;-)
=>Wahoo! - but of course, TriumphNet cannot condone exceeding the posted
=>speed limit ;-)
:-)))
Ciao,
Carlo
