No - I have not heard about an official service bulletin. I spoke with the
service manager  at my dealership today and he still had not heard anything
from Triumph.

That's good to hear - your dealer should be able to call the girl that's in
charge of parts in PeachTree and get a rough time frame. The problem is
predicting when the containers will actually arrive in Atlanta from the UK.
Once they clear customs and are checked in, they should be able to give you
a window of a few days with pretty good certainty.
