'one seat' ST Europe problems.....

Hi all,
Just phoned Triumph UK and they seem to be unaware of this problem in Germany. It does seem that the 'type registration' for the Sprint ST is wrongly listed as being for a bike with only a solo seat.
Could someone in Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain or France, or a country with a similar documentation / registration system please let me know if there is also a problem in any other Euro country ?
