I'm not so sure... when I took the Speed Dent up for an MOT today and
said "Would you pass it with that exhaust?" (Yoshi 3-1) he said it had
to have one of them marks _or_, if it hadn't got one, to be of
comparable loudness to a stock system. Sadly, the Yoshi is of
comparable loudness to two or three stock systems...
