Robert,

#1 - Yes, the device is the sigma - will get a closer shot of it in the
next few days and update the accessory page - forgot that I hadn't done
that yet.

#2 - Yes - the right bar end is actually the Throttlemeister throttle lock.
Works flawlessly with standard or heated grips. A highly recommended
accessory - made all my long distance runs on the old Sprint much more
enjoyable.
