Re: anemic horn

Bob,

Before you chuck the horn, try something that solved my problem on my old
Concours (I haven't gotten around to trying it on my Sprint) ---- this is a
small set screw on the outer shell of the horn. This restricts the range of
travel of the horn diaphragm, thereby restricting volume. Loosen the nut
and then back the screw out as far as you can without losing it --- see if
this makes a difference ---- the volume increase on my Concours was
phenomenal.
