Joining Message

List protocol for this list asks for a joining message, and being one to
conform, here goes.

I live in the UK and ride a 95 Sprint and a 97 T595.  I'm pretty happy with
both but am considering replacing the Sprint in the next year or so.  The
Sprint is used for sport touring.  In that mode I'd done 25,000 reasonably
trouble free miles in the last 4 years.  The T595 is used for dedicated
sport riding and gave me a lot of trouble in the first six months.  Its been
OK for the last year or so and has done 7,000 miles.  After the T595
experience I swore I'd never buy a new Triumph in its first year of
production, and I'm pretty much sticking to that.

Candidates for replacing the Sprint include the ST (hence my arrival here)
and the Honda CBR1100XX.
