Re: Top Rack / Top Box

I have the Givi plate adaptor and a 46 litre 'Elegant' box on the back. I bought the backrest for this but the new Givi version with 'handles' either side weighs about 2kg(!) and is very 'thick' ie. it restricts the amount of room available to the pillion on the rear seat, with the givi plate aligned with the triumph rack (yes, it could be moved back one notch, but then sticks out rearwards). I could not recommend this one at all - I am taking mine back. The OEM Triumph box looks alot better with the Triumph backrest, but I have not see (in the flesh) or tried one.
cheers
Jonathan

Just got an email from my dealer - top racks are finally in (here in the US)

Also, has anyone attempted the fitting of the backrest to the top box? and
if so, how did it look after installation?
