Martin,
How many miles do you have on the bike?
Does this oscillation pull the bars to one side more than another?
At very low speed (just faster than walking the bike) does it feel like you
are falling in a hole in the road as you go through the front wheel's
rotation?
does it turn into a mild vibration as the speed increases?
These are the symptoms mine is suffering from. truly only noticeable at
very low speeds. The dealer say it is a warped rotor that is causing the
problem but it didn't start doing it until after the 12000 mile service. We
will see. It feels to me like something is up with the front wheel bearings
on the right side (as you sit on the bike).

I'm stumped! Has anybody experienced anything similar or have I
     overlooked a potential culprit?
