There seems to be a strong polarization with Corbin's customers.  Either
they *REALLY* liked the product (ecstaticly happy) and had no problems
with the company, or they were unhappy with the product (for whatever
reason) and/or unhappy with the customer service.

I've yet to hear anyone take the middle ground.  Makes one wonder what
is going on.
