I contacted Penske at tg@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and got this from Tim Godshall:

They have 3 models, $725, $895, and $1125. All 3 have the same ride height 
adjustment, all have 25-30 clicks of rebound. The difference is in the  
compression adjustments. It was 8/3`/99 when I heard from Tim, contact him 
and find out the scoop.
