Pannier Hardware

Yes, big time!  I have not actually seen it however, I was just at the
dealer today and asked about the pannier system.  The mechanic told me
that when he installed the system on his first ST it was nearly an all
day project for him.  Apparently many of the stock parts get swapped for
the pannier parts and there is a great deal of tear down to get to
everything.
I'm quite sure it can be done by the average Joe so to speak but it
would seem wise to set aside a Saturday with lots of clean floor space.
