On the note of the Daytona shifter...
My dealer Mickey Cohen says that the new shifter may take of the shifting
rod as well as the shifter itself when you drop it on that side.
Any other opinions?

Is the new gear shifter that's on the new Daytona the right dimensions for
an ST? I see that the new RS still has the old linkage.
