oil cooler leak?

Glad someone else noticed this as well.  At 500 miles, I noticed oil
residue that had been covered with road dust on the left side of the
cooler.  I shot it up with S100 and sprayed it off.  I hope it is just
cosmouline (sp?) overspray  originally applied at the factory.
Obviously, I will be monitoring this one like a crow on a roadkill.  

Now I just have to figure out how to seal the dumb coolant reservoir cap
and this bike will be leak free.
