RE: noise from fuel pump running

It turned out to be the crimped hose clamp at the end of the return rail.
Pro Italia replaced the crimp with a different kind of hose clamp and the
problem went away. After fixing it, my mileage went up to 45MPG or so with
occasional spurts of over 50 MPG.
