There is some stuff called Lift-Off, made in San Diego that works well-not
easy to find-in San Diego they stock it at Dixieline Lumber. More readily
available is 3M bug and tar remover. If you get the latter, leave the inner
seal in place in the can neck. You can squeeze a few drops out around the
seal, as needed, and the contents will not evaporate.
