I had considered doing this about 2 weeks afer I got mine.  There seems to
be a very convient engine mount right in the side duct, but I haven't found
anyone that makes a pre-made kit.  Now that I have dropped mine at 0 MPH, I
am considering measuring the length needed and check the same measurements
on the bikes that kits are made for.  I do remember us having this thread
before.  There were some nay sayers worried about bending the frame or maybe
the tab you attach too.  I'd have to look at how that mount is worked before
I'd say either way.  My opinion is if the bike hits on it's side hard enough
to bend the frame, that is the least of your worries, but in a slow fall or
low slide they could help a great deal.  All I've found in my limited
searching was www/inturace.com Intuative Race Products Frame Sliders.  Are
Magic Mushrooms on the web?  I saw them in Performance Bike but never found
it again.
