Where do you live?
They have to pay!  These same scam artists screwed me out of a bag because
it is considered an accessory.  They can't do the same for your plastics.
If the insurance company doesn't cover the plastics sue the insurance broker
for the remainder of the balance for being dumb.

My agent
supposedly made a mistake when I originally bought the policy.  The policy
does
not cover the plastic fairings, windshield, etc.  If they can't straighten

out, over $1700 of the repair bill (instead of just my $100 deductible) will
