Re: A few questions

>>
After some research I've narrowed it down to one of the Ducati st models or
the Sprint ST and am leaning toward the Triumph. The questions I have are:
How's long term reliability? My last bike a BMW K75c required little more
than oil and
tires during it's time with me.

If reliability is one of your main concern I believe the Triumph has it over
the Ducati. Now it may not be as completely bullet proof as "the flying
brick" BMW, but that is a very hard act to follow for any motorcycle,
especially above 60,000 miles. There are more than a few lister's who have
over 12,000 miles on their Sprint ST's, with mostly minor issues. I think
we've been doing real well for the 1st year of production and it should only
get better. As a former Beemerphile, I feel comfortable expecting the same
reliability out of the Trump that I did when I rode BMW's. If the last
generation Triumph's are any indication of what to expect I think you'll be
happy. Sales pitch mode off :)

BTW I hope the sign runner is helping your new purchase by giving you lots
of money for their stupidity.
