Hi Carlo & Norm,
My fourth was just installed. This time the dealer call Triumph, who said to
order not only the radiator, but all the mounting hardware as well. It is
probably too early to really tell, but it seems fine (Knock on wood) :-)
Apparently if the mounting hardware is wrong, or bent or somehow tweaked, it
can put undue stress on the radiator, which will then start to leak. The
dealer really took his time on the installation, and tested it thoroughly,
so hopefully this is now behind me.

Hi Norm,

It is a problem which some people on the list (but not only) are
experiencing. Personally, I am on my third radiator and, from a few
blue spots I noticed inside my faring, I will soon be on my fourth!
All in just over 17000 kms.
It apparently has something to do with the radiator mounting brackets
not being fully up to spec on some models.
Hopefully, there will soon be a definite solution to the problem.

Ciao,
