Man, "Blair Witch" has nothing on that story! Cynic that I am, I tend to
believe this account. It's interesting that this occurred in the same
state, and the same county, that has now honored a deceased Senator by
naming a stretch of highway after him -- the same stretch of highway
where the Senator hit a motorcyclist and left him to die:
