Incredibly easy ! I think not. I 'm always afraid that it will
topple to the other side. As a result I rarely use the center stand

When I first got the ST, I was embarrassed to ask how the hell to get
the bike up on its centerstand (my first bike with a centerstand). I
would pull up on the "handle" and push down on the stand, stress and
strain and nothing happened. BAD GEOMETRY BY INCORRECTLY VECTORING
FORCES!! I tried this several times (alone with no one watching) and
failed every time. I soon learned that I had to pull the bike up and
back at the same time while pushing the stand down and away. I then
learned that I can bounce the bike by compressing the rear suspension
and popping the bike up onto the centerstand on the upward stroke of
the suspension. Cool huh? Now getting the bike up on its centerstand
is incredibly easy compared to being impossible when I didn't know how
to use one!!
