If not a record, it should be pretty close. Actually, I ordered my bike in 
the end of October with the bags and got 2 of the three boxes in the end of

Have you ever called her "the Ballast" to her face and if so, how bad were 
the wounds ? ;-)

Actually not made of leather, but it's late, so cut me some slack. The back 
rest is the biggest P.O.S. that Triumph has released. They should pull 
every one of them and return all money paid to purchase them. (Can you tell 
how much I like them?). It doesn't fit the top box well and because of that 
poor fit, it and the weak doubled sided tape it pulls away along the edge 
all the way around. It may look ok on a black bike but really looks cheap 
on the red. After screwing around with different tapes and adhesives, I was 
about to permanently mount it, when I had my wife sit on the bike to try it 
out. She immediately said the back pad was uncomfortable - I removed it and 
she was happy. So now I have a top box with two black plugs filling the 
holes ......
