When considering cost I feel one must include yearly insurance cost. The st-4
was at least  $ 1000  more when I inquired  . 
The fit and finish was not as good.
Odd piece on top of fuel tank for styling I think
twin exhaust, no single side swing arm  
Great mirrors though.
