As someone else pointed out, they don't have a bike that meets current 
triple restrictions.

Plus I think that Triumph has been unwilling to dump money into racing that 
is better spent on R&D and advertising / promotion. I think you will see 
some action with the 600, especially if it is as good as everyone is 
saying. I've heard that Lilley's will be involved in the 600 race program 
but have not heard what, if any, financial support he will be receiving for 
his efforts.
