Just back from a weekend trip from LA to Sonoma (1100mi), with all three
bags and a pillion. Top box was overloaded as it had my briefcase and laptop
(couldn't be without it!!). Major, ugly gusting winds all the way up,
culminating in our getting hot by a dust devil at 65 (I saw it coming man
managed to get slowed down...).

Definitely nervious-feeling, but once _I_ relaxed, the bike handled
perfectly at speeds that averaged about 85 - 90mph and had bursts up to an
indicated 125. Not a problem, I'd say...

Long report later; for now, anyone have any ideas on how to get cooked-on
Gatorade off a stainless exhaust pipe??
