Where are all the cider drinkers?  Ann,  Pen-ddraig Sprint ST, Britain
        
     The last time I stopped for the night in Wells I ate in a great 
     restaurant & pub which I think was called the "Fountain Head". I 
     ordered cider with my meal and got a mediocre pint so I then asked the 
     owner for some local brew and was given a pint of 'local' scrumpy. 
     Excellent Brew!!! .I didn't start out quite as early as I'd originally 
     planned the next morning!  Now I know what apples are really for.
