Re[2]: Strange Occurrence

I have experienced this four or five times in the last twelve months
and reported it on this list. It has happened to me when dropping from
2nd to 1st in tight corners, stopping at junctions or when moving very
slowly in 1st gear. When this happens the engine doesn't feel "quite
right", a little sluggish and occasionally what sounds like a plastic
bag flapping loudly behind. Most disconcerting at the time but stop
for a while and it goes away.

I haven't a solution but will get it checked at my next service.
Someone mentioned the possibility of dirty fuel but I have had this
happen on a short trip around town one day and no problems the next
with no fuel stop in between.

I, too, would like to hear of one that has been fixed and what was
done.

Steve
