I too just called TOA and talked to Jerry.  I called wanting to make sure
the part my dealer ordered would arrive in a timely manner.  All warranty
claims go overnight.  Should have this fixed by the beginning of next week.
But atleast it is another one reported.  And you were right, Jerry was quite
pleasant...
