I know exactly what you mean. I replaced the front springs on my "late"
ST1100 with Progressive, put a Works shock on the rear, and it transformed a
hunky, mushy, too-heavy bike into a thoroughbred that constantly gave sport
bikers the fits!
I'll miss that thill!
