RE: RS Headlights

Mike,
I'm in Aust (Sydney) and have a 99 ST which had both low beams & high beams 
functioning when new.
The RS' setup for Aust may have a different config.

The only thing that I find slightly annoying about my new RS is the
headlights. On low beam only the left one illuminates and on high beam only 
the right one. Is this correct, or do I have fault headlights? If it is 
correct does anyone know of a way to make both lights illuminate on both low 
and high beam?
