Yep, that's how I remember it, too. It gives you the following top speeds in
gears 1 - 6, respectively:

0 - 100 mi:	24	33	42	50	56	60	< boring >
100 - 300 mi:	34	48	60	72	80	86	< gettin'
better >
300 - 600 mi:	41	57	72	86	96	104	< now the real
fun begins >
600 - 800 mi:	48	67	84	101	113	121	< time to get
serious >
800 - 1000 mi:	54	76	96	115	129	138	< now I could
get used to this! >
100+ mi:		64	91	114	136	153	164	< holy
shit !!! >

Speeds are in actual mph (as opposed to indicated mph or Km/h), and are for a
2000 model ST or RS with the 19 tooth front sprocket.
