Don't need much do you ? ;-)
If your focus was primarily city riding in and about NYC I would feel more
comfortable on the RS. Has a very narrow feel to it - perfect for plenty of
traffic.
If you are more concerned with the long distance / two up comfort, I would
not hesitate to go with the ST. With the addition of the hard luggage it
easy to spend many days on the bike. The riding position is also more
conducive to piling on the miles. I felt the RS was too far over for me for
everyday riding.
Still very happy with the ST - it will be in my garage for quite a while.....
