Patti,

By leaning into the wind (in this case from the right) you are using lean 
angle to counteract the force of the wind. But remember that without the 
wind you would actually be in a right hand turn. So in order to maintain 
this lean angle in a straight line, you must add some input from the bars, 
in this case pressure to the left (press left - go left). What I can't 
explain is why you didn't experience this on the 500.
