I have one of these on my RS, and never experienced any problem with the
remote.
The URL is http://www.gtalarm.it/ but it seems to be a italian-only site
(or maybe there's the english site hidden somewhere). However, I think that
if you write to info@xxxxxxxxxx you should get an answer in english.
