When I had my CA-spec ST dyno tested at Vance and Hines, I got just
over 90BHP at the rear wheel - a significant difference compared to
the 101 BHP the '99 ST seemed to be getting in Cycle World and
Motorcyclist last year. Perhaps the '99 ST Motorcyclist tested was a
49-state model?
