I was seriously thinking about getting heated grips. They seem to be a fair
bit thicker too which will only help. I have pretty big mits and was
thinking thicker grips would be a good thing.
I'll look around at some huggers. I'd like to reduce or remove the gigantic
plastic monstrosity that the number plate etc hangs off too so a hugger
would be a good idea to prevent too much rubbish coming up off the tyre.
I'll definitly pick up a tank guard with the bike. Thanks for the tip. All
the other Triumphs in the shop had one already so maybe the shop fits them
as standard. I can only hope :-)
As for the BMW you'd have to be keen to ship it half way around the world to
sell it :-) I'm over in Australia.
Thanks for the tips,
Phil
