Yowsa, someone's brakes are knackered! I think the consensus is that the
ST's brakes are great, but that the brake lever will get an extended
pull due to the brake caliper pistons' seals sticking to piston rod.
This becomes pretty noticible as your pads wear down. Paul Master showed
me an easy fix, which was to just push the pistons back in then use the
lever to pump them out again. Seems to do the trick until the pads wear
down a significant amount again. Juan Llena from Spain posted a link to

Sorry, I didn't mean to bash your other ride. I was trying to say that
I'd considered getting an F650, but that I'd never been able to ride
one. Now that I have had the chance to ride one, I realize that the ST
really is a much better fit for the kind of riding I like to do.
Different strokes (er, bikes) for different folks.
