Sounds like the guys got a problem with priorities. Putting self pride 
before business doesn't make great sense for the continuation of the shop. 
The fact that the shop proved to be incompetent with your repair is one 
think (I'll take the stance this was a one off error by the dealer), but to 
then make matters worse by their current actions.

Matt, why don't you try to do your business a favour and sort Rick out is a 
way he can also report on the list and show people you are still a dealer 
who can provide a reasonable level of customer service. Is your self pride 
really worth the loss of business, if its no too late already ?
