Re: Fork stress revisited



As I remember, and agree, this was not a point to worry about.  The wrinkles
are only in the clearcoat over the paint.  They usually coindice with the
re-torque of the pinch bolts.  A number of these bikes have had the wrinkles
for thousands of miles, with no adverse affects.

It just showed up on mine as well. Noticed it during the post rallye
clean up. I have 7700 miles on mine now.
