Hi Eric,
just noticed reading back through the 'fuel sender' reports that I have the symptoms of a leak since 20k service, but as someone pointed out, it seems to be a mix of fuel/oil in some cases.
I will get mine fixed. I am planning a big trip to Corsica/Sardinia in 2 weeks time.  If the sender goes while on the road are other dealers aware of the problem, and would they fix it under warranty or do I have to argue as I go?  It would be nice to know that it can still be used safely as a touring bike with some backup from the dealer network.

Triumph has new units in the field right now. If you have a leak, then get 
it fixed. They are not ignoring the problem, they have not said that there 
is no problem with the senders and at no time have they said that they will 
do nothing to fix the problem.
