That depends. I don't consider factory hard bags (or any hard bags) required
equipment for "Sport Touring" in my mind. But in my mind Sport Touring may
not be the same thing as what it is to you.
Ever ridden a TT600? "In my mind" it would make an excellent Sport Tourer.
