Re: PIAA Lights



Erik Miner did the PIAA light installation (thanks for the write up by the 
way), but has anyone just used their bulbs and if so did they give any 
improvement ?

I received the following reply from PIAA UK (hope the price is for a twin 
pack).

"We have had very good reports of our EWC-1 bulbs. These bulbs draw 60 
watts on main beam and 55 watts on dip beam yet give equivalent power of 
110w on main and 100 on dip. The dip beam may be poor due to the excessive 
shielding fitted to the lamp itself, so an upgrade bulb will not change the 
beam pattern, you will notice a better definition. Cost of EWC-1 £40.96 
plus VAT "
