format (for the rest) at HTML if you wish.  The only problem with this is

ST post that is already in HTML (by mistake), your reply will probably be
formatted with HTML unless you remember to change it (under the command
Format) it before you click on Send.

Thanks!! I found the check box for text only right under the email address
in my Outlook Address of Triumph List.
