Baglux Tankbag

Merry Christmas everyone.

Santa Claus left me a Baglux tankbag for the ST, I must have been a good
boy.

Anyway here is the question, as I'm to lazy to go out to the garage, and it
is very cold. On the tank cover there are a strap on either side with a tag
with a hole in it,what does that bolt onto?
