 The heated grips, rear hugger and front fender extender are items I
would not want to do without, now that I've had my RS for a year. 
The clutch can be impoved by replacing the clutch handle with a
dog-leg model (GSXR-750 is just one of many) and gets better with
time, keeping it lubed helps.  All Triumph transmissions feel like
that at first but break-in after 6 or 8,000 miles to become like
butter.  The carbon exhaust is of questionable value,
