Hi Kathy,

You might want to think on it some. You can gain the inseam you need by
shaving the seat and rolling the chain adjuster forward. You could also
experiment with dropping the forks a little in the triple trees.  I was
looking at my friends 97? Sprint Executive, and it seems the bars are
better placed, and that they mount the same as a ST's.

You might want to try loosen the collar on your jacket to reduce
pressure on your neck .
